Communication app: Slack has quickly become one of the most popular project management and collaboration tools, especially for companies with remote workers. This cloud-based team communication app actually originated as an internal communication tool for a small game development company. Launched in 2013, it’s now one of the most popular ways for internal teams to collaborate. Slack features chat rooms organized by topic, private groups, and direct messaging. Files, groups, and members are all completely searchable, making it easy to pull up previous conversations. It’s available for web, iOS, Android, and Windows Phone. 3. Video Conference: High Five is a video conferencing tool that offers versatile solutions for carrying out online meetings and conferences simpler and more enjoyable. That keeps each conversation focused and helps you see what your team talked about while you were away. 2. Accounting Software: FreshBooks is one of the leaders in our accounting software category. The software is used by more than five million users around the world to streamline time tracking and invoicing. The vendor has recently updated the product to allow easy collaboration between team members and has added a redesigned dashboard where you can prioritize tasks and manage payments. The classic features have not changed and FreshBooks continues to offer top-rate invoice-to-payment functionalities, including direct payment gateways, overdue payment reminders, delay fees, and payment claims. 3. Time Tracker: Everhour is an online-only time tracker and lightweight scheduling app that syncs with productivity apps you may already use. When you connect Everhour to a supported app, such as Asana, all the projects you've created in Asana show up as projects in Everhour. In that way, the work of setting up Everhour to reflect all your projects gets done for you automatically. You can get to recording your time on task much faster. 4. Surveys: SoGoSurvey, a powerful program that is known for being able to create great surveys with a single click. Digital Asset Management: Bynder is a popular digital asset management platform that is used by Spotify, Canon, Puma, and other global brands. It enables users to automate creative workflows with versioning, annotations, and customisable approval paths. It also offers easy-to-use brand templates for users to create new marketing content right on the platform. Integration-wise, it supports with plenty of third-party apps such as Magento, Google Analytics, and more. Its Android and iOS apps are certainly a bonus too. 3. Kanban Apps: LeanKit's - Kanban doesn't have to mean only a few horizontal lists on a board. LeanKit's detailed boards let you organize as much information as you want in one space, with sections to group your cards instead of standard lists. It might look overwhelming at first, but is a powerful way to build a digital task factory floor. 4. To Do App: Things - To do list apps tend to fall into two categories: the complex and the minimalist. Things is somehow both. This is an application with no shortage of features and yet it always feels simple to use. Adding tasks is quick and so is organizing them, but there's seemingly no end of variation in ways to organize them. Then, you can utilize its main modules such as sales data, marketing automation, lead management, partner management, and contact manager to track these leads and convert them into profitable deals. One of the highlights is your team can use this app to be productive anywhere – in the office or field. Candidate screening: TalentRecruit Software is an automated cloud-based recruitment platform and is driven by artificial intelligence is one of the most agile recruiting software. It works with dual efficiency. It streamlines recruitment with managing application, interview, candidate, recruiting management along with assessments, onboarding etc. 3. People Search: PeopleFinder is a people search engine that provides a few details for free, like the person's aliases, age, family members, and sometimes the first several digits of their phone number. Whiteboard: Ziteboard is another web-based whiteboard that is shareable, has real-time functionality, and a zoomable whiteboard. It's also a whiteboard that loads into any web browser. This whiteboard does not require any setup and users don't need to log in. The boards are shareable with permanent URLS. What makes Ziteboard unique is the fact that users can publish boards to the web and feature them in presentation mode. Presentation mode lets users view the boards without having the ability to collaborate or edit them.
