Here are some amazing random cool stuff that I found on the internet this week - just click and enjoy!

Thanks for reading!

This week:

1. Team Chat App:
Microsoft designed their Microsoft Teams chats app for meetings and documents. It works well for random conversations but is at its best when you're hammering out a proposal or outlining a project together with a team. Microsoft Teams organizes channels under teams. Invite everyone who should be in that team, and they'll automatically be able to join in every channel in that team.

2. Accounting Software:
Profitbooks is a cloud accounting software specifically designed for small businesses. It is a cloud-based accounting solution that lets you create invoices, track expenses and manage inventory, helping you save time and manage finances efficiently.

3. Time Tracker:
Among the best time tracking apps, Harvest is a top option for teams. Don't get me wrong. It's a stellar option for solo entrepreneurs, too. But it's built to handle a collaborative workload in a way that's clear and easy to understand. If tracking and organizing a team's time isn't your strong suit, then Harvest is a great app to help you get the job done.

4. Surveys:
Zoho Survey is a simple and straightforward online survey application that can be used for basic survey requirements. It offers a range of pre-built as well as custom templates that prove useful for organizations in conducting surveys in business areas such as marketing research, marketing, human resources, education, consumer satisfaction, and more.

5. Payments App:
Use the Skrill app to send money to friends and relatives, pay and play online, or make quick and easy international payments to merchants. Store your credit and debit cards and bank details securely. Spend funds instantly while keeping your financial details private. Send or receive money in 40 currencies across 200 countries. Each month, enjoy new merchant offers, deals, and bonuses.

If you have enjoyed this week's brief but carefully curated walk through the web, please feel free to share or forward this email.

Project Close Checklist

You finally delivered the project and had the go live drinks. The team is now breaking up but there are a few things the project manager needs to do to make sure the project is closed and wrapped up. These are grouped into:
  • Scope management- did everything get delivered
  • Risk and issues- what is still outstanding
  • Financials- did everything get paid ?
  • Resources- have resources been re assigned ?
  • Lessons learned
  • Documentation & archiving
